The Goal

•  New website for the leading insurance company in Bahrain, Solidarity

•  Responsiveness to all platform sizes

The Process

The first step in the process was to have a detailed consultation session with the client. During this session, we met with the key stakeholders at Solidarity to gain a better understanding of their vision, goals and target audience for the new website. We also discussed the features and functionalities that they wanted to include in the new website design and identified the design and content requirements necessary to achieve their vision for this website.

After gathering the necessary information from our multiple consultations, our team of experts created a project plan that detailed the timeline, deliverables, and milestones for this project.

Once the project plan was approved, we moved on to the design phase. Our team of expert design consultants and designers created wireframes, prototypes and design mockups that showcased the new website's functionality and user interface. We collaborated with the client to refine the design until it fully aligned with their brand guidelines.

As the client has requested new website content, our team of professional content creators developed high-quality and SEO optimized content that accurately represents the Solidarity brand. Finally, we handed in the newly designed UI/UX of website to the client's development team.

The Challenges

The team faced a significant challenge during the initial design phase of the new website, particularly when it came to the technical insurance information. As the insurance sector was a new area for the team, we had to conduct extensive research to ensure that we fully understood the complex information required to create accurate and informative content for the website.

To overcome this challenge, the team worked closely with the client's subject matter experts, who provided valuable insights and information to ensure that the content was comprehensive and accurate.

Once the team had a solid understanding of the sector, we were able to create high-quality content that effectively communicated the client's services to potential customers.

•  Content creation (images & text)

•  UI/UX Design of a sales & marketing website

For the client, the new website provides a modern, user-friendly platform that showcases their extensive range of products and solutions, as well as their highly experienced team of professionals.

For the end users, the new website provides a more efficient and enjoyable experience when browsing for insurance products and services. The website's new design is more visually appealing and easier to navigate, with clear calls to action that guide users towards the information and products they need. The addition of forms also makes it easier for users to submit inquiries and applications, streamlining the process.

Overall, the revamping and redesigning of Solidarity's website has positioned the company as a more innovative and customer-focused player in the insurance sector, which can help attract new customers and retain existing ones. It has also made the process of browsing for services more efficient and convenient for end users, which can help drive business growth for the client.
