The Goal

The Process
The first step in the process was to hold a planning and consultation session with the Solidarity team to understand their vision, goals, business objectives and requirements for the online portal. We also discussed the features they wanted to include in the portal. Once we had a clear understanding of Solidarity's needs and requirements, we created a detailed project plan that outlined the timeline, deliverables and milestones.
Our team of expert UI/UX design consultants and designers created wireframes, prototypes and design mockups that showcased the web portal's functionality and user interface. We collaborated with the Solidarity team to refine the design and ensure that it aligned with their brand and other digital presence. Then our expert development consultants and hard working developers started coding the online portal to ensure that all the features worked seamlessly together.
Our QA consultants conducted thorough and regular testing throughout this process to ensure that the online portal was free of bugs and performed optimally. We also performed security testing to ensure that the online portal was safe and secure for users.
Before launching the online portal, we had a final round of QA and testing. We then made the necessary adjustments and finally launched the portal alongside their newly designed and revamped website.
The Challenges
The team faced one challenge during this project when it came to the technical side of it; Integrating the online portal with Solidarity's existing systems and databases. But our expert team of consultants overcame this challenge by working very closely with Solidarity to ensure that all the technical requirements are met.
