Guardian Glass is one of the world’s largest glass manufacturers with leading positions in float and fabricated glass products for commercial, residential and interior applications. In the Middle East, they are based in Jubail, KSA and Ras al Kaihmah, UAE. With such strong presence in North America, Europe, and Asia, Guardian Glass aims to have a big impact in the Middle East & Africa.
As Guardian Glass seeks to increase its customer base, they have approached us to successfully create, roll out, and manage a digital marketing plan by using optimum marketing methods. Based on our discussions with them, they required the creation of social media accounts, monitoring, engaging, and implementing a digital marketing strategy with clear targets and goals. With four social media channels to manage, VII Tech is responsible for creating the content, implementation, and reporting based on monthly analytics.
VII Tech understood the diversity of the client’s users and their geographic diversity. The channels must cater to communication and its valued importance. Therefore, the social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) were chosen. As Guardian Glass is a business to business (B2B), its main focus is to generate more awareness of its brand amongst the masses and consumers. This lead to creating a business to customer (B2C) strategy for this particular purpose. As a result, VII Tech created and branded all the social media channels, based on the brand collaterals received from Guardian Glass. We created a marketing strategy which includes a marketing plan and a detailed strategy for the various social media platforms including the monthly paid campaigns on Linkedin.
